Mississippi is in the early stages of potential growth in the wine industry. Our business is established to make quality grapes for the wine industry.
Deanne and I took a trip up the Natchez Trace to Nashville. We did some sight seeing and visited Grinder’s Switch winery. On the way back we stopped at Shiloh and toured the battlefield. Our wine this year was more of an orange wine as some of the skins found their way into the ferment. We still haven’t found the right process to get the balance we want and decided against bottling it. We’re already planning adjustments for next year.
Dee and I got to visit with her cousin Earnie yesterday. So good to hang out with this guy again.
